Knollwood is a vibrant residential community located in East Austin just 5 miles from downtown. With only 251 homes, "Knolly"s enjoy a special and friendly lifestyle. One of the largest draws is the gated 12 acre HOA riverfront park on The Colorado River offering a mowed trail, picnic area with picnic tables, kids tree swings plus a canoe & kayak launch. On the North side of the community is the Walnut Creek hike & bike path which to the West will take you to Govalle Park & downtown Austin, to the North: The YMCA, Harvey Penick Golf Campus & Austin Tennis Center. The entrance to the hike/bike path is on Delwau Lane just North of the community past the bridge over Boggy Creek. The annual HOA fees are only $275 per year which covers maintenance of the common areas including the trail & park lots.

It’s small size & home town feel provide a setting where it’s easy to create a relaxed lifestyle & build lifelong friendships with neighbors.
